Comments; According to my experience thoughts of activity play a great role in our sleep. If you work too much and as we do in awakning mostly our mind becomes active and you will sleep good. But if we do more observation of mind while sitting or in your work than you does not want more sleep. God has given a gift of sleep so we can take a rest.But in meditation there is no too much thinking. In absence of thoughts you do not want more sleep.
