The ego falls, crestfallen, when one inquires ‘who am ‘I’? And enters the heart. —–Maharishi Ramana.
Comments; The method of maharishi Ramana has inquired into your mind ‘who am I’? He was enlightened himself by this method. He was living that time in Madeira in south India. He was fifteen and was a school student. One day as he was sitting on the upper story and was alone in the home. He feels sick like to himself. He lay down and stretched his body like a corpse he thought that, I will die and they will take my body for burning. And will I die by the death of this body? Then he closed his scenes from outsides. But he was feeling his existence with fullness and it was his experience that I am not a body! But living existence which was the experience of bliss and fear of the death has gone. So he gave this method for meditation who after that approached him.
