The merging of the mind and breath is ‘Dhyana’ and it leads to natural state when it becomes deep and firm.—–Mahrishi Ramana.
Comments; As Maharishi Ramana explains us to the seeker of Samadhi that when meanwhile in the practice of Observe our mind and breath emerge in ‘Self’ that moments are called ‘Dhyana’.And now this stage leads towards ‘natural stage’ or Samadhi. As I understand it, it is the matter of practice and our will. Because this state is very, very blissful. We can. To explain it by words or by language. It is the matter of grace and practice. Our natural state is which we called eternal peace. We want to find it. As the water of a stream wants to emerge in an ocean. That is why whole life we can not satisfy. We think of fame, power or money we will satisfy but it is not true. When we achieve these things we find the same unsatisfaction.Actually, we want to find our natural state of bliss. This is our fulfillment, or purpose of life.
