This blog is about my knowledge how to achieve bliss is this human body. i lived with so many saints in India so I wants to share with sobody else, what is the true knowledge of Vadanta. how can we live a calm, perfound, life. we hear the words of estecy or bliss but never comes to touch with these things. there are some saints from old testment which described same knowledge. so my effert is how we can gain something we are missing. our real knowledge lies in our heart.
Problems in meditation.—-by Maharishi Ramana Do not regret tamas, but when sattva comes into play, hold on it and make the best of it. Comment; This is very important to understand for a saddhka ( seeker of truth). Upnisadas divided these states of mind into three categories . some time our mind feels cool and delight this virtii or mod of mind called sattvic. And when our mind engaged too much in worldly objects, run after money, greed, works too much that state of mind is Raggs and when sleep or laziness that state called tamas. So for meditation, sattvic comes happiness or delight that time is perfect for meditation just as in the morning we are fresh, so use this time for meditation.
